Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor who has been a part of the SSC's board since 2011, is the Founding co-artistic director of the newly formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until 2019. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan was also in the roles of producer costume/set designers composer/music directors and text coach.
