Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor who has been a part of the SSC's board since 2011, is the Founding co-artistic director of the newly formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until 2019. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan was also in the roles of producer costume/set designers composer/music directors and text coach. Other roles include an array of game show appearances. She was raised by her siblings and two brothers at Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard Post. Post's poetess wife Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school that she chose to attend. She was a cheerleader. She briefly studied at Pomona College. Post had previously been married with Stephen Knox. She has been married since 1982 to Michael A. Ross, an actor and writer, with whom she has two daughters. Post's role as a great actor, wife and mother is admired by many.
